| Daybreak begins with the quietude of the Dojo. We change into the formal
Budo uniform replete with a Hakima, and enter the mat with slow stretching
and breathing before moving to open hand and weapons training.
The Dojo is a magic place that springs forth with life and provides growth for the mind, spirit and body.
Aikido is a martial art, but more importantly, it is a study of harmony.

founder of our firm has had an extensive professional career within the
Antique, Period, & Contemporary Jewelry Industry, extensive knowledge in the
Art & Antiques fields, with a special interest in the Environment,
Social Issues & Health Care.
She also lectures to trade and educational groups on Research & the Internet,
and on business practice and the Internet, and continues as Adjunct Faculty
for NYU.
