We will work closely with you throughout the entire process to provide thoughtful planning, design, and implementation that reflect the purpose and ideals of your organization. This begins with the initial design discovery meeting, where we develop the graphical composites for the project, and follows through to the launch / print date at the end of the project.

In order to facilitate communications, we utilize a private and secure project management system, which enables true collaboration, allowing our clients to be integral working members of the project, if they wish. This ‘extranet’ is used for the exchange of all types of information via online discussions, document transfers, review of drafts, support issues, and ongoing maintenance. Requiring no additional learning time, the project management system is based on the principles of e-mail and traditional web functionalities.

One of our greatest strengths is our ability to create web sites, which our clients can fully manage in-house without any knowledge of HTML or other programming languages, or the use of additional software. The majority of the sites we currently develop are produced in this manner, and are simple enough for a junior staff member or volunteer with limited time to update with ease. Once the Interface Design and Web Application Development portions are completed, our team will begin to work closely with you to provide training and consultation on the use of the Administrative Interface. Upon completion of the project, we will remain available for ongoing maintenance, support issues, and any additional training your new members or staff may require.
